Self Care Week 13 - 19 November 2023

Self Care Week is the annual national event that raises awareness of what we can all do to improve our physical health and mental wellbeing.

Self Help UK goes international!

Self Help UK were invited to speak at The Sophia International Symposium of Working with Self-Help Groups in 2023. The event was held at The Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan on 16th September 2023.

Annual General Meeting 2023
