Helping people to help themselves
Over the course of the past thirty-five years, Self Help UK has been there for hundreds, if not thousands, of people, helping them come together to help each other.
We have offered help and support to anyone who has needed it, no matter their circumstances. We have been a bridge between public and healthcare professionals, assisting at both ends of the spectrum. We are pleased and proud of what we have achieved, and hopeful of what we can achieve in the future.
If you would like to read a summary of our most recent work, please see our Annual report:
Awards and recognition
Nobody likes to seem immodest, but we have had quite a lot of recognition for our achievements. See our Awards and recognition page for more details.
We collaborate with other groups and organisations at every level of healthcare, welfare, and well-being. Find out more about our networks.
" Without Self-Help UK’s support, our group would not be at the point they are today; the support we receive enables us to continue running. "
