We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our newly refreshed website featuring a brand-new peer support directory. This exciting addition allows peer support groups to easily submit their details, connecting more individuals with vital community support.
For individuals seeking support: Our new directory simplifies finding peer support groups for health and wellbeing. Connect with others who share similar experiences and find the support you need.
For peer support group leaders: Easily increase your group’s visibility by submitting your information to our dedicated directory. Reach more individuals seeking the valuable support you provide.
Our refreshed website also offers improved navigation, a modern design, and updated resources. We hope this enhancement will be a valuable resource for our community.
Thank you for your ongoing support in empowering individuals and communities through guidance, connection, and peer support to create a healthier society.

A fond farewell
With a mix of sadness and gratitude we announce that Nic, the dedicated voice behind our newsletter, social media, and recent website development, will be leaving Self Help UK. Her creativity and commitment have been crucial in connecting us with our community and sharing our vital work. We’ll deeply miss her talent but are delighted she’ll continue contributing to the local charity sector and we wish her all the best.
