Events took place across the country on Time to Talk Day on 7th February 2019.  This was part of the Time to Change campaign to end metal health stigma by encouraging conversations about mental health. Activities were organised by Time to Change Champions - people with lived experience of mental health issues.

Time to Talk Day events in Nottingham were a great success! They included:

  • Information stand at Framework - (32 conversations about mental health)
  • Self Help UK Annual General Meeting - information stand with cake, employer pledge and Champions' stories
  • Event at Staff Cafeteria, Nottingham City Council (x113 conversations about mental health)
  • Time to Talk Awareness video on social media
  • Nottingham City Health and Wellbeing Board event
  • Mojatu event (Floated Image26 conversations about mental health)
