Time to Change - Employer Pledge

The Time to Change Employer Pledge shows your commitment to changing how we think and act about mental health.  It also shows that you want to support employees who are facing mental health issues.

More than 450 employers in England have already signed the Pledge.  By taking action now, you are investing in your organisation and your staff.

Why sign?

  • One in four workers are affected by conditions like depression, stress and anxiety
  • Mental ill-health is the leading cause of sickness absence
  • Encouraging people to talk about their mental health makes a big difference to their wellbeing.

Action Plan

Time to Change will work with you to develop an Action Plan to get your employees talking about mental health.  This is free and you will get

  • Support from Time to Change through the process
  • A year of support after you sign
  • Coaching on your Action plan and masterclasses
