Spotlight on our team - Referral Administrator, Louise

Louise says:

“Having started as a volunteer I got a deep sense of care for our Deaf members, so much that I wanted to work for the Deaf Cancer Support Project.

Being in the heart of this project now, has allowed me to meet people from many walks of life and help them come into our inclusive service.

Having a family member go through cancer has been a real eye opener and confirmed to me once more just how important access is for all those who are Deaf living with cancer. The rewards are mainly, that I am helping these individuals to have a better quality of life.”
