Who is this service for?
A meeting place for those affected by long term issues in their life, such as cancer, mental health, bereavement, chronically ill, ME and MS. For those who want to take time out in an environment of friendship, support and acceptance. Where people can share information, build confidence and develop strategies.

Other information

We meet fortnightly on Zoom at the moment [details correct as of February 2022]. 1st and 3rd Wednesday in the month, 11-12 noon or at a designated venue 11-1pm. Details are sent out via email, phone, WhatsApp or Messenger. We hope to return to cafe venues around Nottingham soon, providing workshops like drumming, or trips out. We mostly meet to support and encourage one another and to have some fun and make new friendships.
