Monthly meetings in Southwell. Speakers or activites followed by 'bring a plate of food' buffet lunch. Outings and pub lunches are also organised by committee or individual members.

Who is this service for?
For people affected by Parkinson's Disease who have a zest for living a full life. Members come from a wide area but access to public transport or own transport necessary.

Monthly meeting at Southwell Town Bowls Club, Bishops Drive, Southwell, Nottinghamshire NG25 0GD. Meet 2nd Saturday of month from 11.00 - 1.00. Meetings usually involve 'bring a plate of food' buffet unless activity that month includes food being provided. Informal pub lunches or Afternoon Teas. Organised by a member who offers to set venue, date and time, and then invite others to come along and socialise. We do trips out which sometimes involve overnight stays.
