Applicants are assessed to determine their needs prior to counselling and a waiting list is in operation for all counselling, which can operate weekly for up to two years. Also provides placement supervision for new counsellors. The charge for an initial consultation ranges from ?10 to ?40. The charge per counselling session ranges from ?10 to ?35. The amount paid depends on the circumstance of the client; there is a special rate for people who receive state benefits. Operates a short-term and a long-term counselling group for sexual abuse survivors, contact for details. Ongoing counselling groups run by experienced and professionally qualified counsellors; self referral. The centre is on the ground floor. There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet. There is no induction/hearing loop system.
