Opening hours: 9.00am until 4.00pm weekdays (open until 8.00pm Mondays) and 9.00am -11.30am on Saturdays. The charity has access to a spacious, newly renovated one storey building with car park and garden. Various group activities take place here, which are open to all members. These groups provide peer support and are designed to help self-confidence, reduce feelings of social isolation and create volunteering opportunities. Mental well-being is promoted through creative art, music, gardening, sporting and social activities. Some classes are open to the wider community such as Yoga and Pilates. There is also a coffee bar area which aims to provide a mutually supportive and safe environment for members. Various rooms are available for hire, including a music studio which has recording facilities. The building has disabled access and also has a disabled toilet and shower. There is no loop system.
