Other information

Trained peer supporters, (with lived experience within the BAMER community) will also provide support in relation to individuals? mental health and wellbeing. The support available is through: Recovery action planning; support to foster personal recovery; Group activities; Peer support. Referral may be made via email. Customers need to be registered with a GP; we realise that this in itself can be another barrier, and so we can support them through the registration process too. This service focuses on the needs of the BAME community, in particular African, African-Caribbean, Asian, Eastern European, Refugee and Asylum Seeker communities.
