Mental Health Support Group, Rushcliffe

Summary:
Meetings provide information and peer support in a relaxing environment. Offers a range of social activities, including theatre and cinema and boat trips. Discounted publications are also available. We have a specialist in nutrition who works with the group who can provide one to one advice at a low rate for members.

Meetings: Thursdays, 1pm-3pm, please contact for details. Occasionally we have a day trip on a Thursday and meet earlier. We keep a contact list for members so we can keep you informed of trips. There are no charges for meetings but you do need to be accepted as a member and be on our contact list. The group meeting takes place in a venue that serves alcohol and may be unsuitable for anyone with alcohol difficulties or in recovery from addiction.
