Mary Seacole Walking Group

The walks are just moderate exercise that helps to keep our blood pressure and diabetes low. The hope is that the group can grow to trust each other, share experiences without being judged and both listen and be listened to. The group is not just for people from African Caribbean Communities. Everyone is welcome regardless of gender, race, social background.
