The website has information for young people, friends and family and for professionals. Harmless can also be found on Facebook and Twitter. There are also self harm leaflets, posters and factsheets available to download. Offers two drop-ins for people affected by self harm, once every two months (one for young people aged 11-21 and one for adults aged 18+, in Nottingham city) on first Wednesday of each month (adult one March, young people in April 2014), 2.30pm-3.30pm, Nottingham Voluntary Action Centre (NVAC), 7 Mansfield Road, Nottingham, NG3 1FB (see website or make contact for dates). The drop-in venue has ramped access and there is a wheelchair-accessible toilet and lift. There is an induction/hearing loop system available upon request from the main building (Nottingham CVS) reception area.
