Eating Disorder Recovery and Self Help Group

The purpose of the groups are to equip people with the tools they can use to help themselves with the recovery process. We cover a range of topics that allow people to understand different factors that could influence eating disorders, identifying barriers to recovery and sharing tips and ideas to overcome challenges faced.

Who is this service for?
Anyone aged 16+, who believes themselves to be struggling with an eating disorder, can access these self-help groups. You do not need to have a formal eating disorder diagnosis to attend these groups.
