A group run by Asian women (50+ years) for Asian women. Physical and social activities are organised on a regular basis. The focus is on physical, mental and social health and wellbeing.

The group welcomes women who identify as bi, or who recognise attractions to more than one gender (even if they don't use the word 'bisexual') or who are questioning their sexuality.
