A group run by Asian women (50+ years) for Asian women in Wollaton and the surrounding areas (Nuthall, Radford, Bramcote and Beeston).

 

Blue Mountain Women's Resource Enterprise, Hyson Green
Previously called Blue Mountain (Menopause) Group, Hyson Green. A community interest group providing support and organising awareness-raising events on women's health issues (including gynaecological health and the menopause).

Cutting Back, Nottingham
A group for women, aged 30 and over, who self harm or who have self harmed in the past. Self harm is seen as a coping mechanism, not attention seeking. The group is friendly, mutually supportive and non-judgmental. Aims to help people raise their self-esteem and confidence.

 

Greyfriars Ladies Group, St Ann's
A self help group providing space for women who have, or have had mental health problems. Female carers welcome. Support and help to build confidence, outings arranged.

 

Hyson Green Women's Well-being Group
A self help group for women in Nottingham who have, or have had, long-term mental health problems. Some occasional outings and social events are also arranged.

 

Lesbians in Ashfield (LAFS)
A support group for women who are lesbian, bisexual and transgender who identify as lesbian or are uncertain of their sexuality, aged 16 plus.

A self help group for women in recovery or aiming to be in recovery from drugs and/or alcohol, with or without children.

A user-led community group offering mutual support to female survivors of childhood sexual abuse, aged 16 years and over, in Newark and Sherwood and north Nottinghamshire.
