SODA is a self help group for anyone affected by self harm, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, anxiety - or any other mental health conditions. Carers are welcome.

A group run by Asian women (50+ years) for Asian women in Wollaton and the surrounding areas (Nuthall, Radford, Bramcote and Beeston).

 

Beeston Mind Alert
A local group for people over 50. Activities include talks, slideshows, quizzes, theatre visits, dancing and trips. Also has gentle exercise sessions, music and a sing-a-long and flower-arranging.

 

Beeston Women's Group
This friendly self help group for women of all ages with depression, anxiety and other mental health issues, to come together with others who understand.

 

Broxtowe African Caribbean Elders
A self help support group that supports older Caribbean people living in Broxtowe to come together in a social setting. Speakers, information/activity sessions, outings, relaxation and movement.

 

Calverton Awareness Group
