Lesbians in Ashfield (LAFS)
A support group for women who are lesbian, bisexual and transgender who identify as lesbian or are uncertain of their sexuality, aged 16 plus.

Social and support project for lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans young people between the ages of 12 and 25 inclusive, in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire.

HOPE (Haematology Open Patients Enquiry), Nottingham
The group provides mutual support for haematology patients and their carers, families and friends. Meetings provide an opportunity to talk to others with similar illnesses or conditions.

Beeston Mind Alert
A local group for people over 50. Activities include talks, slideshows, quizzes, theatre visits, dancing and trips. Also has gentle exercise sessions, music and a sing-a-long and flower-arranging.

This friendly self help group for women of all ages with depression, anxiety and other mental health issues, to come together with others who understand.

 

Kirkby VIPs
Kirkby Visually Impaired Group provides regular mutual support for group members who are blind or partially sighted.

 

New Beginnings, Clifton
Bereavement support group for people in Clifton, Wilford and Silverdale and surrounding areas. A range of activities are held and the group welcomes those suffering bereavement, stress and loneliness.

 

New Horizons Social Group, Long Eaton
A social group for older people who are experiencing isolation or loneliness in Long Eaton and district.

 

Open Door Friendship Group, Annesley
A group for retired, lonely people who wish to mix with others for outings, having a meal out, concerts, garden parties, music nights and other activities.

A social group for people over 50 in Selston and district. Social events and holidays are arranged and the group also has activities at meetings including dominoes, curling, skittles, quizzes and card-games.
