We have three meeting spaces. We have two private and confidential meeting rooms, and one open meeting area which are available between 9am – 4.45pm.
The large meeting room is in a closed area and can accommodate up to sixteen people dependent on structure of the room i.e. informal or boardroom style.
The small room is in a closed area and can accommodate comfortably five people.
The open area is boardroom style and seats twelve people.
The rooms are free to new self help groups for a limited time period. Established groups are charged a small fee.
We can provide information on alternative meeting rooms for hire in and around Nottingham & Nottinghamshire.
Self Help Nottingham can provide office equipment such as, laminator, fax machine, guillotine upon request. This will need to be arranged in advance with the Admin team to check that we have the materials that you require and for costs.
We can help with your mail in two ways, either acting as a postbox or franking bulk mail-outs:
For groups who don't want to give out their personal details we can act as a postbox and re-direct mail to your group. This is usually dealt with and re-directed on the day it is received.
- Franking Mail
Self Help Nottingham will frank and post your mail. The charges for franking will be subject to Royal Mail prices. Franked post is usually priced lower than postage stamps thus making a saving for the group.
We can provide information on TATA (Transport Accessible To All).
This guide is of particular use to those people who need to use accessible transport to reach essential services. The guide is presented in an easy to read format with additional information such as telephone numbers and addresses.
