Self Help Nottingham has comprehensive, up-to-date information about local self help support groups in Nottinghamshire as well as national support organisations and international self help contacts. We provide:

• an annual Directory of Self Help Support Groups, Nottingham and Nottinghamshire - you can see more publications and download an order form from the publications listing page
  
• details of national support organisations concerned with health and personal issues
  
• a database of organisations throughout the UK that provide information on local self help support groups
  
• a collection of books and articles on self help, self help research and voluntary sector issues
  
  

We have over 250 self help support groups on our database and our trained information workers can help you find a group in your local area as well as many national support organisations and helplines.
